Equine Gestalt Sessions help mend your heart in ways that allow you to move past emotional pain. Horses activate our parasympathetic nervous system naturally. Equine Gestalt Sessions are a clear, quick path to healing our bodies from past experiences. Equine Gestalt Coaching sessions involve a coach, a horse, and a client. Our horses are a valued partner in the work and they are never forced to work with us. The horses gives effective feedback and builds self awareness, trust, reducing stress, anxiety and depression, that boosts confidence, and awareness.
